Let''s face it, apartment hunting in the city is stressful. Ross Kaplan, on the other hand, made it as pleasant as possible. First off, his inventory put the other places I saw to shame. Other brokers showed studios that went for more than my current one-bedroom, and my friends and family all said my current apartment is a steal. Second, he was punctual and accommodating with my schedule and even arranged for a second viewing on the same day. Third, he was never pushy (i.e. there was no “you gotta apply now! there was someone else viewing it this morning!”). Rather, he offered information and answered my questions about the unit, the building and the neighborhood. Fourth, he was extremely helpful in the application process. He even helped me negotiate the rent down and even came by my office to pick up checks/documents so I wouldn’t have to make the trip myself to leasing. Lastly, he checked up on me after I moved in, something brokers hardly do. Hopefully, I wont be renting another apartment any time soon, but I know who I will contact when I do. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross Kaplan to anyone looking to rent a new place. Ohh and did I mention there was no broker fee? Boom!
